MEET DAVID AND JASON BENHAM

David and Jason Benham, twin brothers and successful entrepreneurs, were both drafted by Major League Baseball to play professionally in 1998. Jason signed with the Baltimore Orioles, and David signed with the Boston Red Sox. After several seasons, the brothers retired and began their real estate carreers together in 2002. By 2003, they founded the Benham REO Group, a Charlotte-based real estate company that has grown to over 90 locations in 35 states.

The same timing, skill, and determination that once benefited them on the baseball field catapulted them to the top of the real estate industry in just five short years. Having sold/managed more than 8,000 properties for hundreds of clients ranging from large bank servicers to Wall Street firms to Government Sponsored Entertprises, the Benham REO Group has elevated to become one of the elite foreclosure brokerages in America.
